Our Centre can offer you facilities for holding any official service that you may require.

Namings

These are ceremonies where adults as well as children are welcomed into the Spiritualist family and also given a name by which they are known in the Spirit World.

We will also conduct Namings for the general public. The Service is tailored to the individual’s requirements, with or without a religious theme.

Weddings

Our Centre is solemnized for the purpose of carrying out Marriages without the need to have a Registrar present. This gives you a much wider choice of dates and times, subject to availability. It also means that you will get more than the 20 minutes available to you if you have a Civil Marriage at a Registry Office. Your Ceremony can be much more individual and tailored to your needs. Apart from the actual Vows that are are required by law, the rest of the Ceremony is up to you. Music, readings, an opportunity to thank your family and friends for their support, all this and more - it is your wedding – you decide what you want to include. 

The following Services are also available -

Wedding Blessings for newly married couples – Wedding Blessing for couples wishing to reaffirm their vows. Blessings for non-married couples – Blessing for same sex couples - Blessing of Friendship.

Funerals

At such a sad time in life we know that one of the final deeds we have to do on behalf of our loved one is to hold a Funeral Service. We want a Service that recognises their individuality and their importance in the lives of their family, friends and loved ones, a tribute to the life of the loved one who has gone to the Spirit World and a recognition that, eventually, we will be united with them. A Spiritualist Funeral is one of the most moving services we have the priviledge to hold here in our Centre. We know that you want to celebrate the life of your loved one in a dignified manner and we can tailor the Service to suit you, including special songs, music and/or traditional hymns.

We can also officiate at funerals held at a Cremetorium or a Cemetery.
